Individual Education Plan
Introduction
In line with students' career planning, our school designs an "Individual Education Plan" (abbreviated as "Tsui Lam IEP") for each student to promote students' whole-person development.
Assessment Tools
Our school uses the Hong Chi Association assessment tool "Personal Outcome Assessment for Students" (POAS) (Hong Chi Association 2006). Based on the assessment data and students' individual growth needs, we set stage and annual goals for students. The "Tsui Lam IEP" is divided into six support areas, and it is expected to achieve five ideal personal outcomes.
Support Methods
Utilize students' strengths and interests, design appropriate and diverse strategies, target individual behaviors, situations, and growth needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and work closely with parents to provide comprehensive support for students.
